Hand harvested from a reduced crop, and fermented in stainless steel to preserve crisp aromas. Notes of cantaloupe, Meyer lemons, and honeysuckle. The palate is off-dry and fresh, with just enough acidity and minerality, and a tough of sweetness at 10.6 g/L residual sugar. This wine very versatile and can be paired with most white meats, light fish, and creamy cheeses. 750ml bottle, 13.8% ABV.
