Softer tannins but plenty of acidity, a rich purple hue, and residual sugar at 4.7 g/L. The bouquet leans into violets, raspberry, and tobacco. Classic notes of green pepper, tart cherries, and smokiness on the palate. While you may be tempted to pair with pizza or pasta, this this Cab Franc with crusted roasts, panko and boursin stuffed mushrooms, or Greek gyro with tzatziki. Our favourite summertime red - don’t be afraid to serve it chilled! 750ml bottle, 11.8% ABV.
