This superb Vidal Icewine was made from grapes harvested at -9°C in the Niagara Peninsula with Brix of 37.8 and fermented 211.8g/L residual sugar. The fruit-driven sweetness is supported perfectly with well-balanced acidity and lavish, lingering heat. Its bright, alluring golden colour hints at the elegance of the stellar Icewine. Crisp and offering the taste of ripe fruit initially, then developing into sensational layers of apricot, raisin, and pear. Best enjoyed chilled and slowly sipped after a meal. 375ml bottle, 10.0% ABV.
