2006 was the year for Riesling, and this one is a great example. It displays citrus fruit and minerality on the nose, with a little bergamot herbal note. The palate starts with some residual sweetness, but the acidity keeps everything fresh, and tropical citrus flavours of lemon, lime and grapefruit play on the tongue.
